The Best No Bake Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Bites (AKA “Energy Bites”)
These healthy little bites are perfect for a snack, as a post-workout treat, or as part of a “grab and go” breakfast!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats (uncooked)
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mix the oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract in a medium sized bowl.
- Take a tablespoon of the mixture in your hand and roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining oat mixture.
- Place the bites on a tray or in a container and freeze for one hour.
- Remove from the freezer and enjoy!
(These can be stored in an airtight container-they stay “fresh” for up to two weeks in the refrigerator or in the freezer).
