The Best Berry Smoothie
This mixed berry smoothie is a healthy combination of fruit and yogurt, it is kid-approved, picky eater approved, and it’s super easy to make! The smoothie takes less than five minutes to make, and it is packed with protein, thanks to yogurt and almond milk. Drink this berry smoothie choice for breakfast or for a mid-day snack.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mixed berries ( I use frozen strawberries and frozen blueberries)
1/2 frozen ripe banana (peeled before it is frozen)
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup of almond milk
1/4 cup orange juice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! It is as simple as that!
