Thanksgiving Sugar Cookies

These adorable and colorful cookies are not only delicious, but they are fun for people of all ages to create! No matter what the size or location of your gathering, these cookies are an adorable addition to any dessert table.

Ingredients:

• one roll of sugar cookie dough (or store bought sugar cookies)

• one bag of candy corn

• one can of white frosting

• bag of semi sweet chocolate chips

• orange gel writing

1.  Bake cookies as directed on roll (or use already baked sugar cookies).
2. On each cookie, spread some icing at the top of the cookie.
3. Arrange candy corn over the frosting as feathers.  Press candy corn lightly into frosting.
4. Place two dots of frosting as eyes, and lightly press chocolate chips into frosting.
5. Pipe orange gel writing for beak and for feet.
