The Best Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Two flavors, peanut butter and chocolate, combine to form a delicious combination for these overnight oats. You might think you are eating a peanut butter cup (for real!), when in fact, you are enjoying a healthy and filling meal!
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- ¾ cup of uncooked oatmeal
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine milk, vanilla, maple syrup, and peanut butter, and mix until smooth.
- Add oatmeal, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix to combine.
- Transfer to containers (mason jar, bowl, etc. and cover)
- Place in the fridge for at least two hours, or for best results, overnight.
- Serve cold or heat up and enjoy warm!
- Enjoy cold or hot!
