Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Remove pie crust from refrigerator.
Sprinkle Wondra flour in pie pan (to cover bottom of the pan).
Peel, core, and cut apples.
Place apples in a large bowl, and add Wondra flour. Mix to combine.
In a medium sized bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
Add sugar mixture to apples. Mix to combine.
Place apple mixture in pie crust.
Cut up butter and place over apple mixture.
Cover with remaining pie crust.
Spray pie crust with Pam and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on pie crust.
Cover edges of pie with aluminum foil or with pie crust protector.
Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees.
Bake for forty-five minutes, remove pie crust protector (or foil), and bake for an additional fifteen minutes.
