Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and grease an 8×8 square pan.
In a small bowl, combine coconut, walnuts, sugar, and 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine Bisquik, ¼ cup of sugar, 2 tablespoon of melted butter, egg, and milk. Beat rapidly for thirty seconds.
Spread batter into pan.
Melt chocolate chips, then spoon over batter. Use a knife to cut through batter to create marbled effect.
Sprinkle coconut mixture over the top of the batter.
Bake for 20-24 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack before serving.
