The Best Berry Smoothie

This mixed berry smoothie is a healthy combination of fruit and yogurt, it is kid-approved, picky eater approved, and it’s super easy to make!

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (I use frozen strawberries and frozen blueberries)
  • ½ cup frozen ripe banana (peeled before it is frozen)
  • ½ cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup orange juice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! It is as simple as that!
