The Best Berry Smoothie
This mixed berry smoothie is a healthy combination of fruit and yogurt, it is kid-approved, picky eater approved, and it’s super easy to make!
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (I use frozen strawberries and frozen blueberries)
- ½ cup frozen ripe banana (peeled before it is frozen)
- ½ cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup orange juice
