The Best Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Overnight oats are the perfect breakfast to make ahead of time. You can prepare 5-7 individual jars and have your breakfast ready for the week!
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 medium apple, shredded or chopped (one cup)
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
In a medium sized bowl, combine apples and orange juice. Mix well.
Add oatmeal, yogurt, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir to combine.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least two hours, or overnight.
Serve warm or cold!
