The Best Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are the perfect breakfast to make ahead of time. You can prepare 5-7 individual jars and have your breakfast ready for the week!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal 
  • 1 medium apple, shredded or chopped (one cup)
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon  orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, combine apples and orange juice. Mix well.
  • Add oatmeal, yogurt, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.  Stir to combine.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least two hours,  or overnight.
  • Serve warm or cold!
