Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave dish, if using chocolate chips, melt chocolate chips. In separate microwave safe bowl, melt coconut oil. Stir together melted semisweet chocolate and coconut oil. If using candy melts, melt candy melts in a microwave safe bowl, stirring along the way.
Dip each Oreo in the melted chocolate, then place on the parchment lined baking sheet.
Place in the refrigerator to set for 12 minutes.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips.
Use a spoon to drizzle white chocolate onto Oreos. Add sprinkles to the top.
Return to the refrigerator to set, 12 minutes longer.
