The Best No Bake Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Bites (AKA “Energy Bites”)

These healthy little bites are perfect for a snack, as a post-workout treat, or as part of a “grab and go” breakfast!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats (uncooked)
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Mix the oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Take a tablespoon of the mixture in your hand and roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining oat mixture.
  3. Place the bites on a tray or in a container and freeze for one hour.
  4. Remove from the freezer and enjoy!

(These can be stored in an airtight container-they stay “fresh” for up to two weeks in the refrigerator or in the freezer).
