Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Bites
These healthy little bites are perfect for a snack, as a post-workout treat, or as part of a “grab and go” breakfast!

Ingredients

cup
quick cooking rolled oats
(uncooked)
½
cup
peanut butter
⅓
cup
honey
½
cup
dark chocolate chips
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix the oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract in a medium sized bowl.
Take a tablespoon of the mixture in your hand and roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining oat mixture.
Place the bites on a tray or in a container and freeze for one hour.
Remove from the freezer and enjoy!
Notes
These can be stored in an airtight container-they stay “fresh” for up to two weeks in the refrigerator or in the freezer
