These apple cinnamon overnight oats are delicious, healthy, and filling-and they taste like dessert!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1 medium apple, shredded or chopped (one cup)
- ½ cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium sized bowl, combine apples and orange juice. Mix well.
- Add oatmeal, yogurt, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir to combine.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least two hours, or overnight.
- Serve warm or cold!
