The Best Pasta Primavera Salad
This pasta salad is perfect as a main meal, or served as a side dish!

- 1 package (12 ounces) tricolor rotini pasta
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 package frozen spinach
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- Optional: low-fat mozzarella, cubed
Cook pasta according to package directions, and add the broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and rinse in cold water.
Cook frozen spinach according to the package. Rinse with cold water and drain.
Transfer pasta to a large bowl.
Add the spinach, stir to combine.
Add tomatoes, broccoli, salt and pepper. If using mozzarella, add to pasta.
Drizzle with salad dressing; toss to coat.
Chill until serving.
