Colorful Fruit Salad with Simple Honey Lime Dressing

 
 
 

This recipe is so simple, yet so delicious. It is colorful, and it is an easy way to eat your daily servings of fruit. Serve with or without the honey lime dressing as part of your breakfast, as part of your lunch, as a snack, or as a sweet dessert! This is the perfect dish for spring and summer!

Ingredients:

  • 1 quart of fresh strawberries, washed and chopped

  • 12 oz of fresh blueberries, washed and drained

  • 12 oz raspberries, washed and drained

  • 12 oz green grapes, washed and sliced into halves

Honey Lime Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions:

  • Add all fruit to a large mixing bowl.

  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice.

  • Pour over fruit and toss to evenly coat, serve immediately (or if serving later, pour dressing over fruit immediately before serving).

You can also enjoy the fruit salad without the dressing!
